What’s started as a pipe dream spearheaded by Shri Pravinbhai Bhatu in 1992, has turned out to be a very well trusted home grown Real Estate Construction and Development company in Vapi and Daman today- Param Group.
Param was envisioned by 2 cousins, with a singleminded vision and a focused effort on making quality construction. Piyushbhai Bhatu and Jignesh Bhatu partnered and started the Param Group with a vision to surpass all that their family had achieved thus far, in the year 2017.
Piyush Bhatu is correctly touted as the Man with a Vision and rightfully so, with his 25 years of hands on real estate experience, while Jignesh Bhatu with his decade long experience is the executioner amongst the two. Together, with their mission to provide Value for money Homes with Quality, Timely Delivery and well Accessible Homes, have successfully delivered.
